Initial informational interview and great conversation with Cassie, the Brainlabs' Recruitment Coordinator. Based on some culture questions I had, Cassie booked a follow up call with a Group VP that was really helpful and left me excited to move forward. (Note: If you have any questions, ask them even if they seem challenging. Cassie answered my culture and salary questions with a lot of candor and clarity.) Finally, I had a panel interview that include a presentation before my offer call. Once my offer was given, I was invited to a local happy hour that happened to be booked for that week because some executives were in town to meet with the team. It was great meeting everyone and getting the chance to talk to more of the leadership team. I also really appreciated that they were happy to have me there, even though I hadn't accepted their offer yet. I have done a lot of interviewing this year, and I have to say my experience with Brainlabs was by far the best I have seen. Cassie was a great guide through the whole process and seemed as committed to me finding a good match as I was. While I didn't take the offer for reasons that had nothing to do with Brainlabs, I would happily refer friends to apply.
