After recruitment approves of your CV you will be asked to complete a psychometric test. After passing, invitation for an initial phone interview. Finally an excel test in their office followed by face-to-face interviews with multiple employees.
Not an easy process, but it's fair and reflects the position at Brainlabs.

Initial Google Meets Screening. Simple Questions. Followed by invitation to assessment setting in New York City where you go through a full day with the company and complete activities. Pretty quick turnaround from initial screening to assessment, a little too quick.

Laid back process; interviewer was quick to respond when I had a question and friendly. Make sure to fill out the tests within 5 days after the interview. I did not because I missed the email.
