Three stage process: Stage 1: Application form with screening questions of 50-100 words - Start the application to see - Read their handbook beforehand Stage 2: Maths Test (online, 20 or 30 minutes) - Basic questions interpreting data from tables and graphs and doing basic marketing calculations (they give you the formulas) - If you passed GCSE maths, you'll be fine Stage 3 Assessment Centre (virutal, but usually in-person) - Introduction to Brainlabs - Basic Excel task (not strictly timed + you're allowed access to Google) - People Interview to judge culture fit - More Excel analysis, followed by a discussion of this by a current General Accounts Director - They are so lovely and welcoming, just do your best Offer comes within a few days.
