If they like you, they will send you an online assessment that takes up to 60-90 mins (answering questions and Excel homework). If you pass that, you get a 30 minute interview and then go onto additional interviews. I was disappointed by the rigorous interview process for an entry level position. While I understand this is needed for some positions, putting in the time and work for the position to be told the salary is frustrating. Towards the end of my interview, I was asked about my salary range and was then told that because its an entry level position with a lot of provided training, the position would be at $40k, which is well below my salary range. If this is your first job, then by all means ignore my advice. But I would have not applied had I known the salary.
