I applied online. I interviewed at Brainlabs (New York, NY)
Interview
A total of three interview rounds. Round 1 is a resume screening. Round 2 is a virtual video interview with a recruiter for the program where they ask questions about your background and your motivations for applying to the role. After that conversation, they send you a link to take an online assessment that tests you on verbal reasoning and numeric stuff. If you pass that, then round 3 is the in person assessment centre where they fly you out to one of their offices along with other candidates. In this interview day, they have three areas they test you on which is culture interviews (do you uphold their culture code), data storytelling (can you analyze data and present your findings in a short amount of time) and group presentations (can you work with a group of people and present on a random topic without using devices). And if all goes well, you will have a final follow up call and get a job offer.
word of advice: be yourself and do not stress out about technical ability, they can and will teach what you need to know for the role. they are only looking for candidates that fit their culture code values.

Interview
I had an online video interview, then had to do some online tests, then was invited to an assessment centre in their London office. This day consisted of an independent data task, a group project, and 2 one-on-one interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to analyse numbers. What was it, and what were the results?
It was easy to schedule the interview. The communication before and after the interview was non existent even if I was told to reach out about anything. The interviewer also talked more about the CEO than the role.
