Interview
This interview was for their Digital Marketing Academy in Argentina. I interviewed in their NY office. The day consists of three different activities. One personality interview, group presentation, and an independent Google Sheets data activity. The academy was advertised as 1 year long on their website and on the academy applications. When I came to the office, I was shocked to find out the academy is actually 2 years. Brainlabs never took accountability for making that large error and I felt blindsided since I flew to New York for an interview with the idea that if I accepted an offer I would be living in Argentina for 1 year, not 2 which is a big difference. They were not direct with how much the salary was either. Later I found it that it was US minimum wage, which is ridiculous. Essentially, Brainlabs gave me a bad first impression and they created an academy that is essentially cheap labor for them which is why they extended it to be 2 years long.

Interview
Initial Google Meets Screening. Simple Questions. Followed by invitation to assessment setting in New York City where you go through a full day with the company and complete activities. Pretty quick turnaround from initial screening to assessment, a little too quick.

Laid back process; interviewer was quick to respond when I had a question and friendly. Make sure to fill out the tests within 5 days after the interview. I did not because I missed the email.
