Extremely unprofessional interview process. In my 3rd and final interview the person showed up 20 minutes late and offered no excuse other than "I lost track of time".
From the get-go it was obvious that they did not have the intention of hiring me. They were unenthusiastic and seemed to be going through the motions. At the end of the interview they explicitly said I would hear back from them on Monday of the next week. After not hearing anything on Monday I did a follow up and didn't hear back until Wednesday. I received a boilerplate response saying they were going with someone else. I followed up by asking if there was any particular reason and I never heard back. The whole experience was very off-putting.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brainlabs
Interview
Found the whole process rather immature and unprofessional. Emails are extremely automated and lacking personality or tailored to each person. The initial interview was a 30 minute screening call, first interview was meant to be a 1 hour call, however, the interviewer already caused some red flags by saying they intended to do the interview in 20-30 minutes, then said they’d like to put me to the next round with a task. Unfortunately HR then sent an email during the weekend saying I got rejected - another red flag about their work culture on working weekends at Brainlabs. Found it very unprofessional throughout.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Brainlabs
Interview
Approached via email by them, and had a screening interview followed by a task/compatibility test and further interview. Process was very automated, and frustratingly was turned down for a reason which easily came up in the screening (and would have come up from my previous experience anyway), so seems unreasonable to have put in the time to the other sections.
