-1st Round with recruiter -2nd Round Hiring Manager -After the second round, I was told it went very well and they wanted to schedule a final round. I then had to take two grueling assessment / IQ tests and submit my availability for the final round. -The recruiter let me know the interviewer was OOO and we would have to wait a while. Radio silence for 2 weeks. I followed up twice, they finally let me know they were no longer interviewing for the role. Advice - Please don't waste people's time. This trend of posting a job just to see who applies and then not hiring is awful.
