In the first interview, they ask you questions about your knowledge and previous experience.
For the second interview, they ask you to prepare a whole presentation of a client's campaign, reviewing how it could be optimized.
However, despite telling you they'll contact you to let you know how the process is progressing, they don't, and neiher reply to your emails.

Interview
First, you set up a 30-minute interview with an recruitment employee, then if you pass you get a 1-hour interview with a manager. Job required no experience, so they ask hypothetical questions about what would you do in X scenario.
