Brainlabs Graduate Brainbox (Account Management) interview questions

Started off by sending my CV and a covering letter style email to them and was eventually invited in for an interview at their office in London. Interview started off with a very casual chat in a coffee shop over the road mainly about what I was doing at uni and my experience I'd had so far. You can tell they value your personality as much as your skill, you very much need to be able to fit into their team. Then had a quick maths test of 10 questions, nothing advanced, mainly logical based though some designed to catch you out (this is then marked infront of you). Then, at the time, I was applying for their technology role and had to write a program to read and change a csv file- you're given almost no guidance and so this essentially is a test of how well you can search and learn things you find on google. I promptly got feedback that I interviewed well but didn't perform well enough in the coding task, so invited me back to try out the account management test- this was just creating some graphs given a large amount of data in excel and answering some questions based upon the results I'd found. If you're familiar with PPC it's all very intuitive. This was followed by another interview with a more senior member where we spoke over my CV, got me to explain what I did in the previous task with some extension questions and then some more general questions about my application. Was a bit strange in that I found he was almost trying to find flaws in my CV, I don't think this was intentional but it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Finally had a very quick interview with another employee who just fired questions at me about what I expected from the role, scenarios I work best in etc. They appeared slightly uninterested though which was a shame, making it harder to engage- again unintentional I'm sure but slightly frustrating for me. They also didn't reimburse any travel costs which is very unusual in comparison to other companies which target similar high-level students- it became quite an expensive process in the end. Overall though everyone is lovely and made you feel very welcome to be there- it's nice to talk to so many people as it gives you much more of an insight to the dynamic of the company.
