Interview
Interview process occurs in 3 major stages.
1. Watch online video - Aim is to identify retention of information (Multiple Choice)
2. Online interview - Culture based - read handbook
3. Maths test - similar to GMAT test
4. In office practical followed by 2 interviews
Pertaining to part 4. If you are a good cultural fit and have completed the preceding stages you will need to be successful in the practical. You will have campaign data transferred from google adwords and must make sense of the data. A background or quick review of google adwords will be beneficial to prepare for terminology used and what it means. After being talked through terminology your excel task will require you to create graphs for data and explain decisions you would make with regards to strategy of the campaigns employed.

Interview
First round was standard maths/ reasoning tests, giving a presentation and a chat over a free lunch. Everyone was very friendly and seemed smart, but the whole thing felt pretty disorganised. Second round was a basic practical task and then one-on-one interviews with some of those high up in the company, which was a bit intimidating.
