Multi round interviews and presentations. Introduced by less senior members of staff, informal chats, then a face to face interview where they asked the standard type interview questions. When passed that round, invited back for a second stage - asked to prepare a presentation and then presented to the senior members of staff. I think they got back to me perhaps a week or two later.
