There was an Initial phone call and then there was an in person interview with the team leaders. They tested your English skills and used competency based questions throughout the interview.

The atmosphere was super nice. There was two stages interview. People was very nice and I did not feel stressed as they were very friendly. I very enjoy the process.
Very lackluster interview, with two employees that seemed uninterested in it all, except to ask questions condescendingly. Never get back to you, yet they’re constantly posting positions. I work in the same building, and it’s like a revolving door of the least diverse employees they could find.
