AI immediately contacts you after applying. It is a short interview, and the AI does cut you off abruptly. The process felt very impersonal, and I'm unsure how the company could get a good gauge of you through this.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What license do you hold and in what state?
Is the salary okay for you?
The interview went fine until I divulged that my wife was pregnant. The interviewer (herself nowhere near the experiential level of a therapist) seemingly lost all interest thereafter, not even bothering to ask follow-ups relevant to my specific experiences. Brave appears to be toeing a mighty fine line with Title VII--and judging by the comments of prior interviewees, it's obviously not the first time.
