Interview
Initial conversation with the recruiter. Somewhat lengthy to hear back and get a time set up but the first conversation was insightful for both sides. The first discussion went well but the team and product are newer to the Braze Portfolio so the recruiter was not able to answer questions in great depth about the role.

The interviews are still progressing; this was more of a screening interview. They wanted to understand if I would accept the salary range and ask more about my values for a cultural fit.
