Applied to Braze a couple weeks ago and had a negative experience with the recruiter who handled the technical recruiter interview process. I asked a simple follow up question and her response was very rude. Didn't hear from her the rest of the interview process and got an automated rejection email 4 weeks later. As a recruiter who is in a tough market, it would've been nice to have a better candidate experience.
