The interview process was quick and easy. The company now is continuously hiring to replace those who leave (revolving door). Once hired, there is no introduction to the team. The new are training the new. No one learns about policies and procedures...taught to wing it. There is no support from clinical leadership. Just remember that any promise made during the hiring process is soon forgotten.
