The interview was more like an open invitation to come and work for this company. The Director did not focus on asking me questions about myself or my competencies. The Director focused more on what areas I could cover and what hours I could commit to. If you want a job offer without the fuss then apply to Bridge Home Health because they seem desperate for nursing staff. Did I mention that the interview was virtual?
