Interview
This interview was the most stressful event I have every encountered. There were five applicants for the Hospitality Associate position that were placed in a conference room with three managers from Bridgewater. We proceeded to conduct the interview in a group format, each interviewee answering the same question as the last. We ended the interview with a "group project" defining the there best qualitites of a hospitatlity associate. In the end two applicants were asked to stay for further questions.

Very bizarre interview. Started off as standard and then continued on to become an argument with every question with the interviewer not letting up. Right at about 45 minutes she cut the interview off.
