Question 1
Why didn't you just quit your former job when it was clear you were not happy?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates (Westport, CT)
Interview
Recruiter reached out for an initial call with hiring manager. Call was scheduled within a week. When the hiring manager called she dived into the interview right away and asked if my call could be recorded which was odd. The hiring manager had no personality and did not introduce herself formally so it just felt very impersonal the whole time. She asked for an overview of my experiences also asked behavioral interview questions. Overall I was not impressed and did enjoy talking to someone who showed no interest in getting to know me.
