I applied online. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates in Sep 2020
Interview
Very positive experience. Three other candidates were in the same interview with me and the interview was in a discussion format. Two FTEs gave us a "philosophical question" as they stated and we discussed about it
Super interesting and philosophical discussions with a few other candidates, whole process was half a day long. The discussion was very much non-technical but focused on thought and reasoning
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates (Stamford, CT) in Nov 2019
Interview
The phone screen (zoom call) is pretty easy. There were few behavior questions asked throughout the process
For the on sight, there is an analytic component followed by a group panel. Feels like a consulting interview. There was also a Q&A question in the end.
