I had a group interview with them recently for a summer position. I apply through on-campus recruiting. We were asked to each come up with a question in advance and talk about it. the discussion somewhat felt like a regular discussion in class. it was very orderly conducted.

Come up with a "philosophical" question and talk about it
It was a four people group interview that discuss several philosophical questions.
The interviewer would intervene and redirect the conversation (quite often), which may or may not disrupt your thinking process.
It was not the worst but very unorhtox, I was expected to answer brainteaser questions and those that are not normally asked. It was truly helpful in finding myself as a person and it is definitely worth seeing their ivnesmtnet philosophy
