I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates in Jun 2022
Interview
The whole process was very pleasant. It felt more like a talk than an interview. However, it is very hard to understand how exactly they assess your performance throughout the interview.
I networked and got referred to the recruiting team. I was asked to submit my formal application and proceeded to a phone screen with HR. Then 2 video interviews, which consisted of (a) behavioral questions and a small problem-solving mini-case, and (b) behavioral questions and the pitch of a business case, the latter was a take-home business problem that I had to present to the interviewer. Overall, people were nice and even helpful. I'm not sure how close I was to a final round interview, though.

The interviewers from the CSRA team were a bit socially awkward, not like other finance firms.
The cases were very abstract to learn how you think... Recommendation: Practice consultant style case studies
