Hiring process not clear and answering a simple question about exact package and benefits possibilities, including stock options, etc. was avoided multiple times.
Hiring process was not how they said it would be. They asked for a pretty detailled home assignment after all which before they said would not be needed. They would change the process, as "you seem to be knowing what you are doing" and therefore I accepted the next interview. The assignment is like asking for a very thorough free advice on how they should do their business in the EU, with the risk that they say thank you and walk away afterwards. So weird and wrong when they approach you to ask if you are interested to work for them? Such and assignment takes reasonable time to do it well, which is simply not possible when closing the year being employed and is logically done when you have been hired and get paid for it. Stay away if you ask me. No trust here.
