Brightside Health Data Scientist interview questions

The process is extremely deceptive and aggressive. It's ironic because they are supposed to be a "caring" company for people who are anxious or suicidal. I was given one day to write a multipage response to technical and personal questions. Then I was informed that the salary is basically a grocery store wage . When I negotiated I was mislead to believe that I would be starting at a far higher rate, and then the contract was actually written deceptively to make it ambiguous what the starting rate was. The recruiter thought it was ok to literally email me, "your starting rate will be 60 an hour" and then to keep it as 25 in the contract. They intend to have a multimonth "training" period at grocery store wages and not have the length of that period in the contract. I can tell from this process they are comfortable wasting a lot of peoples time with this. If they advertised the actual wages, then people wouldnt have to waste their time writing multi page essays when they could just work at Costco.
