After the initial interview I heard back on next steps super quickly and could choose from second and eventually third interview times as soon as the next business day which was very appreciated and helped ease the interview anxiety. Everyone I talked to prior to receiving an offer was kind and treated me like a human and not a position to fill. My interviews felt more like chats than they did interviews!
