I really enjoyed interviewing with Brightside. The main reason being because every single person I talked to was so incredibly nice and chill. My first interview was with Lauren Guzman, their Talent Manager. She's so friendly and easy to talk to you honestly can't be nervous during that interview. I interviewed with 3 people after her from the creative team. Again, same thing. You could tell that employees of this company are incredibly bright, confident, and kind. Plus it's obvious that Brightside treats their employees really well and that they were all really happy there. Each interview made me more and more excited to potentially join the team.
