Interview
This is the 2nd time I interview with Brillio. Even before interviews I had told my salary requirements and they agree. Once interviewed everyone would like your profile and yet they would say they are having budget issues and blah blah. If They don't have money to hire why to waste time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Brillio (Bengaluru) in Feb 2022

after two round HR confirmed he will schedule the final round and will close it but suddenly after that, he vanished and stopped responding to my emails/messages
Then on a fine morning, he called and said you called me oh actually they rejected your profile of course because of some technicalities
I mean seriously grow up man. I am happy that I am not joining an organization with this much unprofessionalism and division and fewer ethics. But I am frustrated I wasted my precious 2 hours with the folks like you.
Read my feedback this way never try to call me for any of your openings.
and maintain some etiquette at least to speak up the truth never ever say that profile rejected because of technical things after confirming yes its clear and all.
