The interview with the hiring manager was set up faster than any employer I have encountered--within a day. All the questions were on point, substantive, and the lady who asked the questions friendly and polite. I got a positive response the same day and was asked to write a blog post based on a white paper written by an employee. That white paper is the worst I have I ever read--rambling, lacking structure, or the voice of the company. After I sent the blog post, I did not get an acknowledgment till I prompted them. Then I was promised that they would be in touch shortly, but two weeks later nothing has happened. My guess is that the interview was set up to get the blog post written quickly and without cost. They don't have rudimentary courtesies, and I suspect that the company culture is entirely unethical.
