Initially received call from a Recruiter and they scheduled a Web Ex technical interview during a weekend (Saturday) which lasted for 30 to 45 minutes with some hands on coding questions. At the end of the interview I was informed I get a call back from the recruiter about the feedback but I did not receive any even after reaching out to the recruiter for the follow up after a week. But I received a call from the same recruiter for scheduling the interview for the same position after a month's time.and when I mentioned her I had taken up the same interview couple of weeks back. She just disconnected the call. Advice to the Management: Please get back to the candidate after the interview either it is positive or negative. When the candidate makes time to appear for the interview even on a week end, I feel it is basic need to get back to them to provide a feedback after the interview.
