There were 2 technical discussions, one managerial, and finally HR. They have the worst interview process. My all discussions were done including the final round of HR, every thing went on smoothly but they could not get the approval. On further asking about my candidature, i was told that they are not sure in which project they are going to fit. They also don't have bench policy, So in short they hire people casually and since they don't have bench policy they put it to hold at the final step before releasing the offer and also does not bother to inform the candidate.

I applied online and got a call from them very quickly to setup a phone screening. The phone screening didn't go particularly well, but they still called me back to setup an in-person meeting at their office to speak with members of their team. When I arrived to the meeting, they sprang this BS on me about interviewing with their client instead of the scheduled 30min meeting with them. Against my better judgement, they had me wait in a meeting room for 3 hours to go to the client location. As I waited, it became clear that they were just tossing any number of candidates they could find at the client interviews, and just trying to get bodies to fill seats and show numbers to the client. After a brief 30min interview with the client, the Brillio person said they'd get back to me in a day or so, but ended up ghosting me. This was a very negative experience, and I would stay away from this company.
