Interview
Several stages of technical interviews, one with the hiring manager.
The technical interviews consist of CS trivia and coding questions. They will grill you on whatever technical projects you have on your resume, so come prepared.
My recruiter would schedule me same-day interviews with less than 1 hour notice in an extremely unprofessional manner. The entire process was incredibly expedited, the company just wants to hire bodies as fast possible.
When I received an offer, the compensation was lackluster and the benefits were almost non-existant! Receiving the complete paperwork (non-compete agreements, arbitration agreements, etc.) was a battle as the company requests you sign the offer prior to being able to see this paperwork. My recruiter wanted a decision for signing with 48 hours and threatened to pull the offer otherwise. My recruiter would call me at 7am in the morning and 8pm the same night, trying to strong-arm me to sign the offer. They had absolutely no work-life balance with the times they were working!
Incredibly unprofessional, this company hopes to have you blindly sign their offer as soon as possible before you realize what you are really signing up for. I recommend any self-respecting developer to be VERY cautious signing with this company, they treated me like cattle during the interview process and they likely treat their employees the same way.
