I had received a call for an interview and I had my first round with a senior project manager. I had cleared my first round and second round was scheduled with the MD. However, just a day prior to the interview my interview got cancelled without any explanation as to why it was cancelled. The Least they could do it is explain properly as to why they are cancelling the interview and not ghost candidates. Pathetic experience

Telephonic interview. 2 rounds and last with HR. Questions were around my project and challenges faced. 2nd round was with a very senior person which was more like a discussion.

A joke first and foremost. Very textbook questions that provide no insight on your experience. A bit argumentative on values and experience if they did align to the male interviewing. No eye contact seemed distracted purposely and combative with insecurities some more as the interview progressed. Seemed to enjoy putting me down. I dodged a bullet. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Toxic.

The entire process in not defined, more rounds are added if the panelist feel undecided. for each of my 5 rounds the panelist was very excited to talk and conclude discussion but could not decide if to select or reject.
