For experienced candidate, there are three rounds: Technical, Managerial and HR. Technical: All questions from your background which was quite easy and taken by any Lead. Managerial: Few technical questions and about your current company and client related questions. HR: Once you cleared Managerial round, you will asked to fill up a form. Then direct salary negotiation and they don't have variable pay concept. So be clear how much you are asking. After HR, they interviewer greeted me and told like we will meet on the joining day.
