Brillio Senior IOS Developer interview questions

First round was screening round where I described about my current ctc and expectation. second round was technical interview which extended to 2 hours. then I got call from hr and he told me I am selected for next round. and asked the same screening questions. he told me that he will schedule interview but after a day when I called he havent picked up my phone and he told me that I am overbudget. I dont know Why I was forwarded then for first and second round if they havent had the budget.
