I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brillio (Bengaluru) in Dec 2022
Interview
There is no process in the interview , first they will take 2 tech rounds and one managerial round , post that in the HR round when you tell them your salary expectation which you already informed in the first call with recruiter itself then they will tell you they don't have budget , so basically they are just wasting your time . Not recommended for laterals who are already working in tier 1 companies or very high skilled.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brillio in Mar 2022
Interview
Another company, another bad experience.
Essence: I was interviewed for Hyderabad location (2 HRs and interview panel from the company said so), but the head of HR during the last HR round said, we don't have an operational office in Hyderabad.
The Interview process had 3 technical rounds and they were tough. Each round had 1-2 panelist and lasted around 45-60 mins long. On clearing them all, the company HR collected my documents (via Email and taleo) and a final round with the HR head of the practise was scheduled.
The HR discussion also went nice as expected until I answered him his questions, "Why, you would like to join Brillio compared to other companies you are getting interviewed with". I said, "... since Brillio is in Hyderabad .... and the open position has a budget to pay 30% standard hike ... and work from home option until COVID situation gets normal..."
To this, the HR said, "This position is for Bangalore and we expect candidate to be available in Hybrid mode from 1st April." I said, "But the recruitment HR said it was for Hyderabad with WFH initially. Why did the recruitment HR mislead me? It means Brillio is also like the other companies." The HR head said, "Not every company can be compared on the same grounds. We are different, and I will get the details and contact you shortly on this matter. Maybe this position is for a specific client of us in Hyderabad." Don't worry, he said. But it's been 4 days none of the HR came back with any updates on why this happened and who was responsible for the miscommunication.
This is how Brillio may treat you as well, even when you have cleared all the technical rounds.
Dear Brillio, please sort out such situations as candidates do look out for companies like yours. But your mismanagement and misrepresentation misleads them and wastes time and hope as well.
Ps: The company HR who initially approached me with the opportunity mentioned location as Bangalore in the email, but I called him and confirmed twice after first round and second round. He said, "That is standard email format, but opening is for Hyderabad location, I forgot to update that." Beware folks!

Question 1
All sort of technical questions related to architecture of Monolith and Microservices. Main focus is on Microservices with Serverless architecture. AWS services for scalability, security, deployment, etc.
A lot of good discussion about the current work and past experience.
