The first round involved analyzing P&L data and creating a PowerPoint presentation based on the findings. The second stage was a 30-minute interview where we had to explain our analysis and the approach we took. However, the duration felt too short, and as a candidate, I was not fully satisfied because I could not effectively communicate all the ideas, insights, and recommendations we had prepared.
