The conversation was heavily focused on behavioral questions, requiring me to use the STAR method to demonstrate how I handle conflict, ambiguity, and teamwork, interspersed with some technical questions relevant to my specific function. throughout the experience, I felt that while they evaluated my hard skills, the team was primarily looking for a self-starter who genuinely aligned with their patient-centric mission.

They were very welcoming and created a comfortable environment. Most of the questions were asked regarding the company's values and included behavioural questions regarding these values. It was 45mins via zoom.
