Recruiter screened me, then moved to a panel audio call interview, and then to an in-person panel interview. The recruiter kept me informed throughout the process which was about 3 weeks duration. It’s also the first company to provide feedback on why I didn’t get the job. The audio panel interview focused on behavior questions. The in-person panel was comprised of hiring manager, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders and focused on technical proficiencies.
