I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (New Brunswick, NJ) in Apr 2013
Interview
The job position was posted on my university's career website, so I sent in an email. A couple months later, around March, I received an email requesting a phone interview with the manager the position would be working with. The interview was not difficult, with very general questions about my experience and there were a few behavioral questions; however, because it was my first interview in a while, I was a little nervous and unprepared. A week later I received an email about the interview result.
One round, two interviewers. Asked questions about project and experience with certain outcomes. Did not ask any behavior questions. Rejected after one week saying that they decided to move forward with a more closely matched candidate.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (Princeton, NJ) in Feb 2025
Interview
Very easy, the interviewers were nice and welcoming. The questions were not out of the ordinary - behavioral based. Overall, it was pretty easy, I had two rounds and each interviewer was nice.

Interview
There were two interviews in total. one with two associate scientists, then a second interview with the manager. Neither interview was too intense, mostly behavioral and a little about previous research
