I had initially a call with the HR, followed by a video interview with a panel of members of the team. The interaction was good and shortly after I was invited for an on site interview, that involved dinner with some team members and a whole day of interviews. Everybody was great and I walked out with a very good feeling. A few days later I got asked for references. After that, never heard from them again and references were never contacted. They didn't even bother to return emails or calls to update me. Almost lost another offer while waiting for a feedback from BMS. Very disrespectful.

I loved how knowledgable HR department is. I loved it they are very communicative, methodical and seema like actually interested in addressing every question you have. They will first ask to schedule 30 minute interview with them, and then will schedule interview with hiring manager.
