Interview
I applied through the career website of my university. I got an email from my current manager couple weeks later and asked me about my availability for a phone interview. I set up my interview on one Monday morning. The interview did not touch too much on the technical aspect. It was mainly letting him understand my background and my skill sets. Also I was asked some behavioral questions for assessing how well I will work independently as well work in a team. At last, I asked about the work he does in the company and what kind of project I would be working on if I were hired. Overall, the interview was very friendly.
