Question 1
How do you ensure accountability (for you and for the others)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb in Jul 2018
Interview
Several rounds of interviews with different team members. At first it was a phone screening session-there were two of these. Then 1 on 1 with management and finally a group interview with the team. I was asked a lot of questions and asked to demonstrate certain skills. It was nerve wrecking but because I was truthful in what I knew and did not know I ended up OK.
