I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (London, England)
Interview
Applied directly through BMS in August 2020 and got invited for phone screen interview 1 month after application with HR . The whole interview process was very slow with lack of update after each stage. HR were poor at communication and irresponsible. The clarity on the recruitment process was very low. After 2 rounds through to final stage interview I was told they’d be making a decision in the coming week. Everyone I interviewed with seemed pleasant and responsive, I felt they went really well. Then never heard from them again for a decision either way. I didn't hear back from HR. I tried following up, but no response to my emails. I finally got a response 3 weeks later saying I will not be moving forward for the role and thank you for my time. No feedback was provided, requested for feedback with no response. I then realised the unprofessionalism of this company.
