Had a call with a recruiter who asked simple questions and got moved on to meet with a manager. The interview was completely unstructured and the manager didn’t ask me any actual questions to learn about my experience. She just told me that there are a lot of changes going on at BMS. It was sort of an awkward conversation because she wasn’t really paying attention at all during the interview. It felt like the conversation was all about highlighting how the team is all new and nobody knows what they’re doing yet, so they need someone comfortable working without any structure. I put a lot of time into preparing for that conversation and the lack of structure was annoying. It’s been a few weeks now and I haven’t heard anything from the team.
