The interview process consisted of three rounds. I met first with the direct supervisor and had an hour long discussion with them about the job and my previous experience. Next I met with the team manager and had a more general dialog about the company and the position. Finally I met with three research assistants and discussed their role at the company. The interview ended with a lab tour and lasted roughly 3 hours.
