-first pre screening, very basic questions about motivation, goals, experience, and short description of the company. - after 5 weeks! First interview...probably someone else just resign from the offer... - 2nd i terview the right one. The company wasn't very interested in conducting the interview. - from the beggining you could feel the result of this meeting.
