Interview
I had applied online and was in contact with a recruiter. I was excited to learn more about the team and the company, but after my phone screening with the recruiter all hope went down the drain. The recruiter was 10-15mins late for the phone screening; which wasn’t my main concern because life does happen. This recruiter I spoke with however was rude and aloof with their questions, answers, and overall communication. When I asked the recruiter to reiterate a question due to the confusing verbiage used, they responded with “ummm” and proceeded to repeat the question in the same verbiage used with a more condescending tone. When it came to me asking the recruiter questions in regards to the role I was applying for, in a fairly impolite manner, they emphasized that I should have already seen what the role entailed from the job summary description while applying. This was my first time interacting with such a withdrawn and unfriendly recruiter. Going into the interview, I was excited for the potential of learning more about the culture and environment of BMS through the people that work there. However, after the first few sentences and patronizing tone of this recruiter, I immediately lost interest in pursuing the role I applied for.

Interview
Overall the interviewer was Friendly and was a thorough interview but still didn’t get a place and got a feedback which was bitter sweet for me because I would loved a positive outcome from that interview which wasn’t the case.
