Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Prepare a presentation detailing priorities in first 3 months
Was drawn out and then got ghosted for several weeks. Happened on multiple occasions. Call with recruiter, call with hiring manager, panel interview with very generic questions. Would not recommend
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (Princeton, NJ) in May 2012
Interview
Process started with initial phone screen, then 3 face to face onsite interviews. Concluded with 2 more phone interviews. Lots of time transpired between start to finish. Every very nice and professional. One of the less intense processes I've endured as a manager which was a surprise. No analytic panel.
