Interview
Very hectic, I won't be reviewing the process via my contract company but the interviews were not well executed. My first was a large panel and the director had a hard time asking relevant questions, asking things such as "what does a perfect work day look like to you" rather than asking more about my experience. My second interview, the interviewer was late by 10 minutes and also didn't ask a lot about my experience, but would ask questions trying to gauge if I would complain on the job. At the very end of this interview, I was being told the interviewees were being considered for second and first shift (first shift had not been mentioned in the job description, the screening, or the last interview). Overall, one of my more disorganized interviewing experiences.
